Is TJ over Cejudo almost a lock?

It would be closer to being a lock if the fight happened at 135.
We dont know how TJ's going to perform at flyweight. There is a risk that he gases out early, since he is going to carry a lot of muscle at that weight. If he does, he's going to get wrestled.

This. I'd call it a lock at 135, but at 125 we don't know what TJ is going to look like. Ten pounds is a lot of extra weight to cut.
