Oh dear. You don't know fuck all about boxing or apparently either does anyone you know.

In Mayweathers first 25 fights he fought Genaro Hernandez (two-time super featherweight world champion), Angel Manfredy (4 time world title challenger, wins over Arturo Gatti and Ivan Robinson), Carlos Rios (2 time world title challenger), Justin Juuko (2 time world title challenger and commonwealth games gold medalist), Gregario Vargas (former WBC featherweight champion) and Diego Corrales (multiple-time world champion, in two weight classes and Ring magazines linear lightweight champion, a man involved in one of the greatest boxing fights of all time.)

Fuck sake

I had to edit this I don't think i was harsh enough. Corrales was also the betting favourite and 33-0 when they fought. Dear god.

Floyd’s first 10 fights were absolutely against trash cans. And Floyd was an Olympian that started boxing as a kid.

Jake has like 4-5 years TOTAL boxing experience starting in his 20s and is fighting Anderson fucking Silva.

22, not 20 and at 22 you're considered a full adult and responsible for your actions. You can drive at 16 and at 18 go into porn, get the death penalty etc.. yet you are talking like he was too young to be responsible for his actions because he was 22? I'm only 3 years older than him and said the same thing back then, would have said the same thing when I was his age and even in highschool I would have said the same thing. Did I do dumb shit in high school? Fuck yeah but did I do anything as dumb as going into a suicide forest and taping myself doing it like it's some kind of spooky blair witch fun place? Of course not. It sounds more like you're trying to justify the dumb shit you did at a similar age lol.

You sound like such a pussy, you're the worst guy at the party.

Easy fight for Anderson. Bet your house. The man not only is one of the MMA GOATs, but is also still competing in high level at an old age in another sport. Come on. Just beat a boxer ex-champ. Jake doesn't have anything to offer, if Anderson doesn't have mercy he can beat him inside 3 rounds if he wants to. A huge gap between them, even with that age.
tbf he beat Chavez Jr.
who is less of an ex boxer and more of a reformed poptart

Silva is by far the most dangerous MMA fighter in a boxing match that Paul can face. If he actually wins I think he has to move up to washed up boxers.
Too much money to be made with the Nate Diaz fight for it not to happen, plus, Jake has already said he will drop down to 180 to fight Diaz which adds further intrigue to see how his power still holds up at that weight

I’ve seen some clips from the conferences and it looks completely different from Paul’s previous one’s. He’s showing Silva much more respect like he’s a fanboy, as opposed to disrespecting and clowning his previous opponents. Silva as well doesn’t seem heated here but is taking it lightly. Now I feel like this could spill over into the fight which could turn out to become nothing more than a sparring session. There could be mutual agreement to not go 100%. Paul is likely to lose with a built in excuse of facing a legend and Silva is going to make big bucks. Close to a fix you’re going to get without fixing.
So you think Jake is happy to let Silva win and end his money train before more big money fights with Belfort, KSI, Tate, Diaz, McGregor, Masvidal, Usman, Covington, Fury etc which are all on the horizon over the coming years? Money fights that would make him hundreds of millions should he keep winning?

The truth is, Jake and his team know Silvas chin is now shot, Uriah Hall exposed that a couple years ago and so will Jake again next month.

Much better than beating a random MMA guy daring to box, right? Who else did the same?
probably not
JR. doesn't come to fight
he comes to walk forward get hit and cash his paycheck

he is far from the days where he actually tried to use some pressure and offense

a MMA guy who is looking bang is frankly more impressive as he will actually show up

chavez Jr wasn't a good boxer but he was still a boxer
he was pretty good at a time a longtime ago and many Peruvian Christmas parties ago

but he flushed all up his nose

Jake isn't Mayweather, Silva has a decent amount of money. I think somebody higher up could pay Silva tho if they wan't to keep paul around as a star.
Jake is worth around 30mil, Silva... 8.

At this stage, I think he'd throw a match for 500k just for the lulz
