It looks like half of the things Jones say is a lie and bullshit. Always taking a second to think before answering correct but not honest answer.
 
I think Jon is being quite candid here. Not a 'bad' interview at all in my opinion.

That stuff about him going on a massive night out and getting fucked up a week before each fight as a potential coping mechanism for if he lost is crazy. Even moreso that he generally then went on to destroy everyone he fought.
