Randy didnt have multiple billionares behind him.

If Khabib went back to Russia where he could ignore the UFC and still fight, he'd be forgotten here in short order. Occasionally threads would pop up about how great Offended Khabib was and what he did to McG but this board and the UFC would go right on without him.

They could stop whoever signs him from showing the fight in the US though so there'd be no money in it.
The MMA market atm is the US and that's why all PPVs go off at the usual US time.

These billionares dont really care about profit margins, they will gladly chip in a few million dollars each just to say they support kabib.
