Yes, pay him whatever

He'll never comeback but if he did, give him all the bags.....

You gotta respect how he's stuck to his decision.

Good for him.

One of the few fighters I never doubted, to be honest.

Dana saying he would bring him back just showed how different the two are as characters.

Who is offering him that kind of dough?? $40 million?

UFC, outside sponsor, Abu Dhabi investors, etc

Khabib is like...:)

Khabib Nurmagomedov claims he has never fought with money as his primary motivation.

So achieving greatness in a fringe sport was the primary motivation for those organ endangering weight cuts more so than money? I call Bullshit.

How crazy is to turn down 40 million dollars to just fight? It's not like you're doing porn or any morally questionable act. This is just crazy

I mean, keep upping the offers for sure, but I respek his decision not to do so.

Seeing him batter Conor again would be great, especially as I did not enjoy it the first time, as I now would. And if Conor is going to be exposed as 'had it' in his next fight, it'd only be fair that Khabib gets to do this. But it great that he gets to live a great life with family time, farming time, and coaching time.

Once he said he promised his mother I knew we were in trouble, even if you don’t agree with everything Khabib says he still comes off as someone who’s not going to compromise his principles, it’s actually a bit refreshing to know that not everyone is for sale .
I am disappointed that he seems to have no interest in coaching, I really thought he had the potential to be an all time great trainer and coach

I wish he didn't retire when he did but now that he has been gone a while... Would still like to see him compete but rn he is 35 and has been gone for 3 years. Would probably be 36 and out for 4 years by the time he'd be able to fight.

He isn't going to come back and fight a contender, that's for sure.

Khabib vs GSP Super Fight would be huge...

He Gain more With His Name now the Guy have many sponsor because his perfect MMA record and that's it, Khabib doesn't need fight anymore he can gain enough to Live well the rest of his life with his legacy.

The man started to train when he was still a young kid. Has had a hard life with school, training, sports, and fights in the mountains. Became the biggest MMA name in the eastern world. Now he wants to rest and dedicate his life to his businesses and other things. Plus I bet he finds it very funny watching his haters creating rankings only with the pretext to prove that he is not the Goat.
War Khabib. Still the best.

This kid did OK in the ufc whatever happened to him?

I'm pretty sure he still make some decent money but nowhere near 40 million dollars. My point is, what is so sacred about a fight that he can't do it? It's just a job, he's not doing anything remotely morally wrong. What's so sacred about a possible loss in your record for 40 million dollars?
