Eh. Round 1 was a toss up, and round three depends on whether you favor top control or offensive striking. You'd have to give the razor thin first and decide you prefer top control to score the fight for Minakov. Kongo clearly won the second.

The only way you can give Minakov a win is if you score both razor thin rounds for him.

Kongo won the second round clean. I think he won the first as well, but it was close. He landed the best offense in the third, with his leg kicks on the first minute, and his punching in the final thirty seconds. But 3.5 minutes of top control can negate that.

Bellator must have picked 3 random people playing slots at The Sun to be judges for that fight. I was rooting for Kongo, but no way he won that fight. What a joke of a decision.

Bad decision but Kongo seriously did more damage in that last 20 seconds than Minakov did in that whole fight so whatever. Both guys looked like crap (particularly Minakov who was embarrassingly gassed) so no one really won IMO

Kongo did more. All Minakov had was octagon control and moving forward which only comes into play if damage/striking/grappling (in that order) are equal, which they weren't.

agree. minakov didn't do much but at least he was moving forward and trying to strike. kongo looked like khalib starnes in there, with a few shots thrown in at the end of each round.

Seriously terrible judges decision. Kongo was passive and running away most the time. Barely even threw any offense.
