Mayberry, Simple Question: What color is this dress?

I watched it change from white and gold to black and blue as I scrolled down the pic. Seems if I look at only the midriff and up, I see more white and gold. If I scroll down to the lower half, I see black and blue.

When I looked at it last night on some girls phone, without any scrolling, I saw black and blue.
