A few years ago there was a movie where a family moved next to Samuel L whose character was a corrupt cop (sort of reprising his role from GTA San Andreas) and I believe the entire movie was about him literally antagonizing them. I never saw it and don't recall the name but I remember the commercials.

I never saw this movie and I only even remember it for the trailer. I saw it in a packed theatre and when the rap music starts playing and Samuel L is revealed as a cop the whole theatre busted out laughing when that for sure wasn't the intent. Idk why but that just always stuck with me lol
