Bench press
I was supposed to do 88 kg for reps, I had 3 reps with 87 kg last week.

Got one rep and failed the second.
88 kg x 1, F

Since this is my previous 1RM I though what the heck, this is the last training session before a 3 week holiday. Why not try to beat my old pr.

Went for 90 and got it.

Low bar squat
130 kg

Today
Deadlift (conventional)
160 kg

Sumo deadlift 137,5 wouldn't break the floor for some reason so I wanted to make up for it with a conventional PR. Ended up with an all time pr, previous pr was 155 kg with sumo.
 
Squats
122,5 kg x 6

Going well

Military press
65 kg x 2

Bench press
88 kg x 2

Deadlift
125 kg x 4

Deadlift feeling off since I pr'ed a month ago.
 
Squat
130 x 4

Almost had 170 sumo deadlift this week, but almost doesn't count.
