*Realized that I misloaded after 3rd set. I was supposed to do 155 lbs x 5 x 5 sets. I decided to cut it short and go to 160 lbs x 5 x 5 sets next week. Fourth and fifth sets at 165 lbs will be tough.
 
I bet if you hadn't noticed the misload, you would have completed 5x5. You overhead work is something else.
 
Back feels fine, but confidence is shot. I feel like I've aged about 10 years in the past 2 years. I'm just much more injury prone. I'm not really pushing myself on anything until my confidence is back. I figure I'll get a SOHP PR soon and maybe a Power Clean to Push Press PR soon, but I'm waiting for a while on Deadlift and Squats.

Thanks. My muscles were confused as hell on Saturday. I helped my dad cut down a tree in the woods and then drag it back towards the house for firewood. Redneck workout FTW.
