I don't see Usman ever fighting Khamzat or Shavkat, he will probably be done defending the belt after Leon

I doubt that he's done after Leon. If he wants to be the greatest WW of all time, he's not there yet. If he beats Leon, he'd need 3 more to tie GSP's record of title defenses.
