Chatri should definitely look into the central asian market if the UFC doesn't. Ruziboev could find success in the UFC MW Division in my opinion, very weird to see a fighter with his level of activity not getting scouted.

With some of them it might just be the case that they're getting offers but turning them down hoping the UFC come calling.

A lot of times they don't have the times so they put 0:00 or 0:01, it probably wasn't a second.
