They did wrestle against each other a couple of times in WWF, and there was some kind of angle where Dan was training Owen Hart (RIP) for his match against Ken. All that stuff was fun for what it was.

Oh, for sure. But I think it's a risk/reward type of thing for Vince. Like, yeah, he has the law on his side when it comes down to it, but (especially at that time before the business was completely and totally exposed) he really wouldn't want his top stars getting wrecked in a shoot on live television.
