I forgot how many good wins he had. He really has a great resume. Always loved watching Roy, thanks for the solid post.
Didn't kimbo punch him pretty hard for starters?Always like Roy the fact Dana hated him made me like him even more
The way he sub’d Kimbo on TUF without taking any damage was impressive too
But yea he deserves more credit for that right
Just a nice reminder of simpler, fun times
Nelson's best wins were Struve, CroCop (who got his revenge in Bellator) and Nog. He was the best gatekeeper ever.Nelson never got into the top 5 like Derrick Lewis and Tai Tuivasa did, despite being more skilled than they are.
Ah, I see he trains at Master Choi's Slapp Scrappin' Association. Those guys always bring it.I rate bro's overhand but my yute Big Mac bro had di whole package overhand fi days both side and a slick 1-2 pull counter munchin low kicks like timbits fam

The one on Nog is the most telegraphed right hand of all time. There was not even a hint of Roy trying to mask it whatsoever, the whole arena watched him step forward for 4 full seconds knowing he was setting up that right hand, and Nog just lets it land. Pride never dies huh.
Actually brah, the fight wouldn't have been sanctioned if he was in that bad a shape and he actually won a fight or two at that point of his career.BRAH
Nog looked like he walked out of care home into an octagon. Dude was just a walking zombie at that point of this career.
And likely outgtapple a lot of guysif he was 37 yrs old instead of 47 and in the UFC right now he'd probably knock more than half the HWs out with the same overhand right
Imo he should get the decision against LewisNelson never got into the top 5 like Derrick Lewis and Tai Tuivasa did, despite being more skilled than they are.
