Say it ain’t so Liver King!!?!

Nah, I have friends that are 50 and are ripped. My one buddies Dad is 75 and still ripped with cut arms.
If you've been lifting for most of your life all the way into your 40s and 50 and still live a clean life, it's not hard to maintain muscle and keep your T levels high. After 60 is much more difficult as that's when your levels start to dramatically drop.... But it can be done.

It is possible to be that big or lean natural, not both (especially for very long)

It's entertaining edrama but anyone who seriously thought he was natural is beyond hope

You think he would get someone else to get them for him so he's not directly linked. You know since his whole career is built on being all natty. And with that amount he is purchasing doubt it is all for him. Definitely should have had those purchases under someone else's name. The surgery on his abs must have messed up the blood flow to his brain lol.
Well thats what conmen do; hide the truth from everyone.

Hershel Walker is a freak athlete with great genetics but he isn't a natty in that picture. He states that he doesn't use weights, eats one vegetarian meal of bread/salad per day and sleeps 4 hours only. That picture was when he was in his late 40s? That body is built on just pushups, situps and running. He comes from a football background. Football players aren't exactly the cleanest athletes.
anybody who still believes him after finding out what a lying scumbag he is has issues though.

Nearly everyone would say he's on roids if he was on social media today

That's without modern gym equipment, nutrition knowledge, etc...take somebody with even better genetics and apply modern advantages
Nobody is making claims like that. The fitness community as a whole isn't that lost. They are calling people out like this who claim they are natural. You don't see big guys in the bronze age of bodybuilding.

Bobby Pandour is 5'6 and 160lbs. This is what a 5'5 158 lb fitness influencer who claims he is natural looks like. There is a huge difference.

That is entirely possible natural. He isn't really that big. And that's likely competition bodyfat and hydration levels. Most people don't walk around like that daily without some help.

But ya, I don't suspect that physique at all. It looks proportional.

Compare him to competition Arnold, who was also *only* 235 competition juice to the max!

It isn't impossible to lift weights as an older person but you aren't going to be big and ripped. That just doesn't exist. Someone like Hershel doesn't exist in the wild.

Guys like Liver King and Mike Ohearn take it too far IMO. If you base your whole gimmick on being natty, maybe don’t do enough anabolics to turn into a human T-Rex. Dial it down to a level where it’s at least plausible you’re not juiced to the gills.

But then again, these guys have profited immensely off of being roided to the max, so maybe I’m wrong.

The story of Icarus comes to mind

It is about 3-4k for a kit when it isn't covered by insurance but if you know gay or modelling people then you can get it for a few hundred. A lot of HIV positive people sell their kits for money. You can go compound pharmacy route and probably get it prescribed for 300-1000? It depends on dosage. The alternative the clinics have been doing is importing it from Chinese labs that make it. It was as cheap as 100 dollars a kit a few years ago if you actually bought it yourself from China but it's hit or miss. You have to find a reliable supplier.

I honestly can't understand why his steroid use cost 12k. I am assuming he is including cost of frequent bloodwork that isn't covered by insurance? Testosterone is really cheap. You can get 200 mg/1ml of watson for maybe 30-40 bucks from any pharmacy with a script. The 10ml bottle is around 90-120?

he was supposedly buying “pharma grade gh kits” were he spent the majority of his money on his cycle. RX muscle just spent way to much time speculating on what he takes if you want a listen.

My only issue with this is the number of individuals who keep sharing the narrative of:

"So what if he is on gear, his message is still beneficial to those who will listen to it."

That's like saying that a Catholic priest's message is still beneficial to those who will listen to it so let's ignore that they are molesting children.

All charlatans need to be and should be exposed.

Using anabolic steroids does not detract from the hard work and sacrifice someone puts into their incredible physique, only ignorant people who have very little knowledge would think that it does.

You must put in the work and eat correctly to achieve the body that Brian Johnson has attained, that is a fact.

But to consistently straight-up lie and say you have never taken gear (even though it is obvious that you have) is condescending to the average person's intellect.

That's like O. J. Simpson saying he didn't murder Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman.

Ridiculous.

Actually, the go-to rationale of "you still have to put in the work" line guys on gear always use, is mostly false too, if the research on the matter has any truth to it. Gear without lifting, gets objectively better results than, busting your ass in the gym and and not doing gear.
