So why do Democrats keep being brought up?

Biden could just enforce laws. That is his job. You know, the thing. The fucking head of the Executive Branch of Government.


For stupid people, here is a definition of it. "The executive branch consists of the President, his or her advisors and various departments and agencies. This branch is responsible for enforcing the laws of the land."

Illegally crossing the border is illegal. We have laws. Biden is not enforcing them. He can, and not doing so is treason.

First off, that's not "treason." The Constitution clearly lays out the definition of treason, that's not it. Secondly, it takes not only the President, but also an act of Congress to fully shut down a border. That's part of the reason why Trump never shut it down and only partially did so during COVID. Thirdly, booby-trapping the border is against international law. So the entire source of this argument between Texas and the US, the Federal Government IS acting lawfully, Texas is not. As for enforcing laws against undocumented entries, the Biden administration is more likely to deport undocumented immigrants than Trump's was. Last I checked thats law enforcement.

A plan to use physical barriers where possible. Double barriers where possible Then surveillance both maned and unmanned. Large increase in personal and equipment.

Then asylum seekers are not admitted until their case is complete. They have already passed through a safe country so we don't have to admit them.

One big thing to stop the flow is strick e verify with large fines for any company not doing so. After that I don't have a problem with increasing the work visas as long as companies have to fire anyone with an expired visas or green card.

These are just the first steps to a secure border. A secure border is secured in a lot more ways then just at the border.

There's no such thing as a Country with ZERO undocumented border crossings, not even North Korea. Hell an American jumped that border pretty publicly and it's a militarized zone. Places where the "wall" (it was a fence) made Coyotès more money, they considered it good business as it tripled their cost per person.

You wanna know how you're being bamboozled? Your Dicktucker-in-Chief never closed the border. U.S., Canada, and Mexico all mutually agreed to slow border activity, not STOP it. They ceased "non-essential" activity during COVID, and that's it. And there still 400k of border crossings during that time as well. It takes the President and an act of Congress to close the border and it never happened because of undocumented border crossings, not once, not in 3 years under your guy, and not entirely during COVID. That's because it's a bullsh*t premise you're being sold by people who wont and can't do it.
