Someone put the whole movie up on YouTube in Japanese (English subs) a few weeks ago. Another dude put the English dub up in 7 parts.

I think they've all been taken down by now, though. Monitor YouTube, you may find something.

I doubt anything better than CAM quality. I don't think you'll see any HD quality until the DVD/online purchases start to come out unless someone leaks it. Why not go watch it at the theatres?

I saw it in theaters yesterday night (JAP subbed), and god it was the best DB movie I've ever seen.
