Dessert (Kind of):
bowl of cottage cheese, some artificial sugar(not sure how this is called in english, sugar but with almost no calories), a banana or nuts or w/e you like, 1 tbspoon of peanut butter, also lots of proteins and delicious (as far as delicious can go with healthy recipes).
Protein overdose and barely any calories, can remove peanut butter if you're cutting extreme calories
