Sorry for the sideways video.

Good luck, Graedy.

Bench: 340 x 5 after tripling it twice.

All reps paused and comp legal.

I'd felt relatively good about my OHS 165x2 PR; it wasn't what I'd been aiming for, but it was a hell of a lot more than I'd ever done before.

Then I was poking around on St. Wilhelm's videos page, and found that Graedy himself had me beat by ten pound and two reps.

So, back to the gym with me, to try to break an old record, any damned old record.

It didn't work very well.

High Pull: 155x1. (+ 45 PR, never tried 1RM before, previous best was 110x7)

Sorry, Graedy, it's all I had. If there's such a thing as the Law of Conservation of Strength, then I hope that my extra-wussiness today was because some Strength was being sent off your way.

Again, good luck, man.

Graedy PR's

That's how how chris angel does overhead squats.

Squat 120kg - this went up fairly easy, this was for graedy but my cam turned gay, so I didn't bother to add more weight. Getting a camera tomorrow so I'm going to try and go for 125kg. I'm not sure how smart it is to go for a max again only after 2 days....

Pistolic proficiency has improved my bilateral power generation...
Snatch - 165 (5 lb PR)
Overhead squat - 6 @ 165 (6 rep, or 10 lb pr depending on how you look at it. First time OHS with 165)

Working on pistols has appearently helped me keep up my overhead squat numbers and has improved my snatch.

Urban is that a power snatch or a traditional snatch with a drop? good numbers none the less

It's a power snatch. I don't have the athleticism or skill to do oly snatches, so the dip is there, but minimal. Curl-monkey-squat depth

Squat 125kg (25kg PR)
Deadlift 150kg (20kg PR)

I dont max out often, hence the slightly larger than usual PRs. Last time I maxed out was about 10 weeks ago.

Hang full snatches taught me to do full snatches in no time at all, you'd be suprised how much easier it is from the hang, trick Steve, who posts over at St. Ws taught me.
