Media Tony Ferguson on a podcast for the first time

Ten thousand years in the future archeologists are going to find the recording of this podcast and would assume all people during our time talk like incomprehensible idiots

Ten years from now Generation Z++ will discover this video on TOKSHARKKKKK!!!! and declare Ferguson to be really "guuuuenzy" and they will all start talking like him.

So the archeologists will be correct.

there is really no proof of that at all. Khabib has never been even cut. Tony coudn't even stop Kevin Lee from taking him down and narrowly escaped a loss. As a big Tony fan (probably one of his biggest supporters here)....I just don't see a scenario where Tony could have done any damage at all, I see big holes in his game, his bottom game is extremely overrated, he is consistently gets dominated by anyone who has a semblance of a takedown and grappling. Khabib is literally the best grappler of all time at LW, Tony would have been just ragdolled with the rest.
Lee was juiced to the gills and tony still lit him up with elbows from the bottom and choked him out. That’s what Khabib would’ve had problems with too.

ok my brother. you are entitled to an opinion.
would have been an awesome fight either way, that's why we all wanted to see it.
I was super excited and dissapointed 5 times.

Still wish we could have Khabib Tony. Looking back looks likely Khabib would have won but sure Ferg would have made it awkward and fight would go distance. Tony losing on pts bloodied and battered but still going hard to the end. Possibly slapping a couple of submissions on Khabib who calmly works his way out of then. Afterwards talks shit to Rogan saying Khabib never hurt him once and demanding rematch. At least that's how I think it would have gone.

I'm just glad we finally know TFerg wouldn't date Oprah as have been pondering this for years.

tony ferguson the type of guy to have brock lesnar as a tax advisor

And it's hosted by Rampage

Cliffs:
- TFerg will not date Oprah
- Met his father as an adult
- He considers David Goggins (writer and runner? Navy Seal?) as a father figure
- Brock Lesnar is his tax advisor
- Went injured in the fight with Paddy
- He went to Harvard Business School (???)
- He has been holding mitts for his kids since they were 2 yo
- He still hates McGregor and Nurmagomedov. Dana was shitting on Paradigm to Ferguson
- He was roommate with Pat Barry and sparred Namajunas
- Rampage wants Zhang Weili to put him on a triangle choke
- Rampage and Ferguson think Nurmagomedov backed out of their fight because he was scared to lose
- His gameplan was to take Nurmagomedov down on his back
- He invested in BTC because he studied Maths (???)
- He is not retiring. Rampage wants Ferguson to take a tune-up fight and go back to sparring
- He built an igloo
- He bought an engagement ring for his wife with the money from TUF 13 finishes
- He wanted to coach TUF vs Nurmagomedov
- He drove Hunter Campbell's Bentley in the negotiation for the short-notice Diaz fight
- Ferguson does a magic trick
- He offered Fighter Kevin Lee to train with him
- He still has 5 fights in his contract

Thanks for the cliffs

- Rampage and Ferguson think Nurmagomedov backed out of their fight because he was scared to lose
Rampage and Ferguson have a combined IQ of 72.

Khabib would have mauled Antonio.

Paddy the Fatty was a tune up.. for fucks sake.

Tony is actually (and only) "reaping what he has sown."

An absolute douchebag, with marginal talent, yeah also with a lot of tenacity, in the end Tony "was never really that good." Seriously.

Tony's douchebaggery + tenacity were > than his actual talent and athleticism ...

In older age, with his talent + athleticism on the wane, his is now just a douchebag with the tenacity (+ lack of awareness) to keep losing forever.

Sad in some ways, absolutely well-deserved in others.

Fighters need to realize that it's okay to be humble and sincere, rather than an insane egomaniac.
Agree.

Can't believe Tony losing a gazillion times and not acknowledging he is fucking done.

Bro.. Paddy beat the shit out of you. Paddy..

Tony is one of the most skilled and talented fighters ever. He’s arguably the greatest lightweight of all time under Khabib. Are you really saying prime Tony wasn’t athletic? You gotta be trolling

Most pro athletes are egomaniacs. Is normal.
