If you dont know who Andrea Lee is dont feel alone, cause I have no clue either. But apparently the couple has caused an uproar due to her husbands white supremacist tattoos and nazi tattoos in which she replied on Twitter "stop being so sensitive"

A Nazi boy and a KGB girl, that's a new twist on Romeo and Juliette.
What. About. Ism.well you should tell that to Hillary Clinton and the democrats since they defended Robert Byrd. you know, the DEMOCRAT senator that served from 1959-2010 (longest serving senator in history), that was in the KKK and a recruiter for the KKK
funny, hillary referred to him as her mentor but no one cared when she ran for president also funny that democrat voters kept re-electing a former KKK member/ recruiter for 51 yrs as senator...
so make sure you dont forgive any democrats for electing a guy that LITERALLY SINGED UP FOR THE KKK
#hypocrisy
Saw this in the heavies, figured we could actually get a decent discussion in the War Room about it. Maybe, eh probably not. Still a karate subforum after all
Anyways, Andrea Lee's husband and coach has legit Nazi prison tattoos. Not some questionable cross or design that some maintain is a white supremacy symbol and others say is just an innocent Celtic roots or simply a cool shape he liked. I'm talking a swastika on one arm, and "SS" on the other arm
Andrea says people need to get over themselves. They were a mistake from the past that he has learned and grown from. They have a black and asian guy living with them so they're not racist, and he typically wears long sleeves to cover them up but they forgot about the 20 year old tats when out at a lake day and she posted the tweet. After seeing the swastika, people went digging and found the SS tat in an older pic
His response-
As to why he wouldn't cover up an old tattoo that no longer defines who he is-
Cover up of something so dark would A) look like shit and B) gives him the ability to reach out to current inmates who can perhaps become reformed and no longer hateful like him. So he'll keep the hugely racist markings on his arms
So what do you say Sherdog? 20 year old prison tats. Condemn as a Nazi, call an idiot for not covering up, or feel that they can be ok and maybe even useful as a scar to show the road a person traveled to get to where they are today
Bonus points- Would your viewpoint be the same of an old "Allaha Akbar" tattoo on a person?
((Possibly not the best comparison, but ISIS is too recent to be a fair comparison))
If that was true why wouldn't he have it removed or altered?I feel bad for her and her husband. I have no doubt that they guy really regrets getting the tattoo and I dont think he is racist.
