Great to see an amazing rivalry between the 2 greatest welterweights come to a close. Never seen so much talent in 1 octagon before.

It sucks that Colby had to be in the same division as Kamaru otherwise, he'd be champ for a long time.

Also Kamaru is a few fights away from being the Greatest fighter of all time. The resume speaks for itself.

Wrong, but I get your sentiment. It brings to mind John Fisher who was unfortunate enough to be the same age and size as John Smith. They're definitely the two best right now.

In terms of best WW's yes in terms of resume it's more complicated than that I think but there's certainly a case.

GSP with the skill set that he had over 10 years ago would likely beat both of them....

An hypothetical modern GSP (meaning in his physical prime but with the current training quality that Usman and Colby have) maybe could beat of of them on the same night... Like in old UFC style

Colby isnt even sniffing top 10. He arguably lost to LW RDA and was finished by Warley Alves.

Lol, Colby isn’t top10 all time because he doesn’t have enough good wins, not because he lost to Warrley Alves.

A lot of top10 greats in every division have some embarrassing losses

Fuck Covington. Dude couldn't even congratulate Usman.

I mean yeah, if Usman is the p4p #1 and the GOAT, then surely the guy who's taken 5/10 rounds off him is up there as well.

Thanks for posting two men hugging each other TS.

Uh... did you watch after the fight? He fully embraced Usman and said he was the better fighter on the night.

That was more of Usman. Usman initiated the hug. When he was being interviewed Usman mentioned what tough cookie Covington was. Payed him all kinds of compliment. When it came down to Covington, all he did was babble about how he had his moment and talk shit about his "hater".
