I can't think of much popular media that could be compared in any way to the debauchery and reptilian brain shallowness and denigration and sexualization of women of WWE. It's just absolute trash and no fully human being could enjoy it. Any parent that would expose their kids to that is genuinely a terrible human being and deeply ignorant.

The guys that I listed that Rock jobbed clean to, Hunter should have too (with the exception of Hurricane). So Jericho, Angle, and Brock in particular. Even if those guys did win it was always by shenanigans.

Everyone came out of feuds with Triple H during his reign of terror looking way worse than when they started. Kane, Scott Steiner, and Booker T got fucked over hard. There's ways to win against guys like that without making them look like complete chumps (although Steiner had some health issues at the time so I don't totally blame Trips for that one). Randy Orton got fucked too after winning the title from Benoit and then immediately losing it back to Triple H and again looking like a total chump in the process. More recently Sting should definitely not have had to job to him at WrestleMania.

But were there really any "up and comers" that made sense for HHH to lose to? HHH was one of those up and comers in that same talent pool, that needed a rub here and there to get to his spot, but during his time at the top, it seems(although my memory might be foggy) like it was him and a bunch of other established top guys just trading W's and L's, and not many waiting in the wings types, that were being held down.

I remember the "reign of terror", but I can't remember many who got truly fucked over by it, like a Cena/NXT deal, where it just made no sense for HHH to win. Maybe Booker T?

It's been a while though, so if you want to refresh my memory, go right ahead.

He did have good matches from 99-01 and some 02 matches as well. His 2000 Royal Rumble match against Cactus Jack and then the Hell in a Cell match the following month are both great. 3 Stages of Hell with Austin from No Way Out 01, the SummerSlam match with Michaels in 02. The tag team title match where he tore his quad was also really good, that was with him and Austin facing off against Jericho and Benoit.

You can argue how much he was carried during these matches, but they are all fantastic and he most definitely played a significant role in the quality. In my opinion he didn't completely fall off performance wise until late 02, but he would still occasionally have a good match here and there.

Ancient aliens is one of the worst television programs I know about. They lie several times every single episode and all of their foundational facts are also lies. It's one of the most blatant and despicabley dishonest programs I've come across on that level.
