Crime Vince McMahon Accused Of Sex Trafficking

Feds are now getting involved and he's possibly facing criminal charges instead of just civil now. If he's found guilty he's twice as fucked

LOL at the dildo collection - that the undertaker or brock???, van vader????, hulk, hitman, sean michaels, macho man, and ? trump?. Kind of interesting, I'm old enough that when I was a horny teenager if you wanted some porn you kind of had to go to a convenience store and brown bag a porno mag. The mags would typically not show penetration, and would be largely vanilla in terms of kissing, implied intercourse, implied oral sex, and handjobs. Movies, if you could get your hands on them, would typically attempt something resembling a plot even though it'd obviously be hilariously shallow and stupid.

Then the internet comes along, and it seems people's fantasies have more evolved into group gangbangs, anal, fisting, cumming on faces, humiliation, and so forth. Videos rarely ever attempt to establish any sort of personality.... just mechanical fucking.

I think there's a comment in there about how our minds work, and how when we inundated our brains with porn it takes more and more to get that hit to get aroused. Pretty sad really... I don't think it's done any good for how the sexes interact. I've heard on more than one occasion my lady friends dating and the dates they're on the dudes have little no ability to talk like regular human beings. Just like a couple hours of mindless chatter than expecting their dates to turn into insatiable whores.

Yes, we all know you don't understand. That's ok. son. Have a nice weekend.

I do understand. If you are a woman and you dip your toe into prostitution.....you don't deserve whatever comes to you but you sure as hell better not be surprised by it. Prostituting comes with a whole host of dangers that everyone is aware of. I feel bad that she was put through that but your analogy makes zero sense. The only way your analogy would even be remotely close would be if she was picked up off the side of the road, placed into a van and sold into sex trafficking. But that's not what happened. She knowingly accepted money, work and gifts for sex and then it quickly spiraled into something far worse than that.

In the United States, the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (TVPA), as amended by the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act of 2015 (JVTA), defines sex trafficking as “recruiting, harboring, transporting, providing, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of an individual through the means of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of commercial sex”. However, it is not necessary to demonstrate force, fraud, or coercion in sex trafficking cases involving children under the age of 18. The term “commercial sex act” is defined as “any sex act on account of which anything of value is given to or received by any person” (22 U.S.C. 7102). See the Federal Laws page for more detailed definitions.

Sex trafficking may be distinguished from other forms of commercial sex by applying the Action + Means + Purpose Model. Human trafficking occurs when a trafficker takes any one of the enumerated actions, and then employs the means of force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of compelling the victim to provide commercial sex acts.

The presence of force, fraud, or coercion indicates that the victim has not consented of his or her own free will.

Myth: If the trafficked person consented to be in their initial situation, then it cannot be human trafficking or against their will because they “knew better”

Reality:
Initial consent to commercial sex or a labor setting prior to acts of force, fraud, or coercion (or if the victim is a minor in a sex trafficking situation) is not relevant to the crime, nor is payment.

Myth: Human trafficking only happens in illegal or underground industries
Reality: Human trafficking cases have been reported and prosecuted in industries including restaurants, cleaning services, construction, factories and more

Myth: Only undocumented foreign nationals get trafficked in the United States
Reality: Polaris has worked on thousands of cases of trafficking involving foreign national survivors who are legally living and/or working in the United States. These include survivors of both sex and labor trafficking

Myth: All human trafficking involves commercial sex
Reality: Human trafficking is the use of force, fraud or coercion to get another person to provide labor or commercial sex. Worldwide, experts believe there are more situations of labor trafficking than of sex trafficking. However, there is much wider awareness of sex trafficking in the United States than of labor trafficking.

Myth: It’s always or usually a violent crime

Reality: By far the most pervasive myth about human trafficking is that it always - or often - involves kidnapping or otherwise physically forcing someone into a situation. In reality, most human traffickers use psychological means such as tricking, defrauding, manipulating or threatening victims into providing commercial sex or exploitative labor

looks like brock lesnar probably wont be appearing any time soon. he'll probably end up getting the cancel treatment.

who could ever forget the time when roman reigns snapped the undertaker's wrestlemania streak?

- Good news. Dont have to see great workers like Sheamus, Samoa Joe(now in AEW) and Randy Orton jobbing to Brock. Was annoying!

Junkyard Dog was riding in a limo once and he asked the driver if he could smoke. The driver said yes, but then got upset when JYD started smoking crack instead of the cigarette he expected.

I posted this the other day somewhere else, but it's worth telling again.

Damn, I'm not surprised. It's sad how he couldn't shake his addictions, really tragic story.

He was one of my favs a kid, loved the Rock n Wrestling show too. His junkyard reminded me of Fat Albert

Those were some great times, Big john Studd, Piper, Sheik, JYD etc... RIP goats

If you are a woman and you dip your toe into prostitution..

Referring to that, she NEVER imagined sex as part of her employment. EVER.

Her lawsuit spells out what allegedly happened, on what dates, and with who.

Read the document, if you put ANY blame on her whatsoever...

you have zero compassion and YOU F'n SUCK as a human.

Calm down, she's alleging something. He's probably going to allege some other version and it will play out in court.

Your pre-emptive moral judgement here is making me cringe

We are now an upside down world where the most despicable human beings are lauded as icons to look up to.

I read the court document before any response was made. There is no question

that her situation could have easily happened to ANYONE, male or female.

With the millions already verified paid out as hush money to several employees,

it won't surprise me at all if wrestlers of both sexes similarly come forward.
