I don't think you realize that Francis got his worth. Francis was gonna get paid large. He left cause the UFC didn't let him box and rightfully so. Francis was also crying cause if he lost his pay would go down, as it should.

Ngannous demands were out of line and didn't match up with the UFC. Rightfully so the UFC didn't need to give Francis what he wanted. They offered him great pay vs Jones and he turned it down.

For Henry, he priced himself out. There is a difference in not getting paid your worth and demanding too much.

For a not serious organization, there seems to be a lot of elite fighters happy with their pay.
