LnP for sure. At least a counter striker's opponent might put on a show. LnP is just a real bore to watch.

Lay and pray. There have been times where I've been frustrated enough that I've fast forwarded a fight if I start getting the sense that they are not even trying for a finish. At least with boring standup there's a small chance that a lucky shot will land that creates some excitement.

Edit: Also ITT the most uses of "at least" I've ever seen lol.

I hate nothing more than wall and stalling. Puts me to sleep. Unless you're actually in the process of working into something, disengage and try something else ffs. Bore me to tears and tire yourselves out in the process...

Close second is a counterstrike dance where fighters settle for nothing less than the perfect strike.

And just because lay n pray comes in third does not make it in any way a good thing.

of course not every counter striker is boring
I'm talking about guys like Till or Rozenstruik because they will wait all the fight for the perfect punch
for me this the most frustrating style to watch because these guys doesn't mind losing by a decision instead of taking risks and try to finish the fight

Atleast guys like jon fitch or Corey Anderson for example always try to win
it is his opponent fault that the fight is boring because he can't stop his wrestling

Rozenstruik at least has several KOs on his record. Till has none in the UFC. His 2 finishes in the UFC are over a washed cowboy and some guy without a wiki page. And both stoppages were from a barrage of strikes, one of them being via ground and pound.
That all being said, I still prefer a counter striker than a lay and prayer. At least with a counter striker there's the possibility of something magical happening whereas a lay and prayer is the perfect opportunity to go for a bathroom break or answer the pizza man at the door.

LnP wrestlers hands down. And that’s coming from someone who usually roots for grapplers.

Point fighting strikers are least moving around and actively fighting. A LnP guy though isn’t fighting, they’re just holding on to their opponent for dear life.
