Whats the next best business idea?

I'm talking one that could be started by any average Joe, have high margins and high success rates, and one that capitalizes on current trends.

For example 30 years ago I knew several families that started tanning huts. They became very wealthy in a short period of time. For whatever reason being tan, at any cost was very in at the time.

Also know some that started pet grooming and lodging around the same time. They really capitalized on the trend of people considering pets as family and spending on them accordingly.

I'd say maybe ten years ago it was scooping up any property near water and turning it into an abnb. Feel like that is oversaturated already.

15 years ago was probably a great time to open up a craft beer store.

All these trends are easy to spot looking back. What's the next one going forward though?

Any ideas sherbros?
Prostitution. There's always money in prostitution if you're willing to work for it.

Own my own pedicare / foot massage parlor where there is live feeds on Only Fans for those with feet fetishes. Prices would be dirt cheap in exchange for consenting to record their feet and taking feet pics when requested. Customers may even get compensated if their feet is requested more often.

Fentanyl and trannies seem to be all the rage these days on tik tok, so maybe you can open a store that combines the 2 and make billions.

My market desperately needs a large contracting company that hires electricians, plumbers, general contractors, etc and has them on payroll. The problem around here is that it's all smaller contracting companies that subcontract everything out. The coordination of everything is brutal. I know there are a lot of contractors who would prefer to make a steady paycheck as well rather than make $ job to job. There is certainly enough demand for this.

As far as I'm aware, there is only one company around here that does this. The irony is that they are a flooring company. Most people have no idea that they do cabinets, countertops, replace showers/tubs, general contracting, etc. They don't really advertise it hard either because they are already busy enough. It's like they are a hidden gem that I just discovered. They have roughly 20 crews on staff.

As long as the name ends in Medov, it will smesh sales. People will be asking for the location:)

Man, if anybody has it, they wouldn't be sharing. At best, charging you copious amounts of money in consulting fees.

I'm not talking some genius invention that needs to be patented. I'm talking a business that will exist in every town across the country. Every town has a dog groomer. Every town had a tanning joint.

That's an interesting idea. My first thought is healthcare. It's become such an insane expense per employee that maybe it's cost prohibitive.

My friends family owns a contracting business. They really only have like 10 laborers on staff yet they do big projects all over the county just subbing out. They prefer not to deal with the hassle of actually maintaining employees

Sex doll sales, rentals, and brothels. With the way things are trending, we're gonna have a bunch of incels who are so fucked up that not even a hooker would sleep with them. Given the advances in technology and AI, we're probably not that far away from some kind of AI sex doll, and once we've got those the problem solves itself.

I'm already seeing ads on IG for an AI boyfriend / girlfriend app. It texts you and I guess sends you nudes or something.

Onlyfans but you create a farm of content creators using AI

That's actually pretty unique and clever..kinda like hooters for cars. My worries are a. Guys would just park in near by businesses or side streets and peep the girls for free. In fact your view is probably severely limited when you're in the car. Also I think it's actually going against the trend....that being guys being incels, watching free porn on their phone, or getting dolls or virtual gfs.

So although I can't invest today I'll say it's the best idea yet. What else ya got

Think you missed my “strategically located“ comment, the ”Babe Wash” areas would be covered by carports to hide the show from none paying clients.

I did consider visibility, I would cover this in the busty whores employment contracts which would demand they wash the car hoods with their asses guaranteeing my paying customers get clear tits and vag views.

The only area I’ve not worked through is the inevitable feminist PR backlash suggesting Babe Wash is objectifying these dirty sluts, best I can come up with so far is to create a network of female friendly locations called “Buff the Muff”

My vision is still a work in progress!
