I'm doing the trial right now, but since over here in the great white north the content is seriously lacking compared to 'merica flix I probably won't continue with it. I have amazon Prime so prime video comes with it, there's only 2 shows I watch on that.

I don't really see the difference between SD and HD on Netflix. So if I somehow end up feeling it and getting it, it probably would be the most basic package. Seems the multiple simultaneous streaming would be the reason for the upgraded plans.
