I fully recognize their right to march, but I still don't understand exactly what the purpose or focus is. It's quickly turning into the Occupy Wall Street thing, which eventually disappeared because it was rudderless and had no cohesive message. The Women's March should really be called an Anti-Trump March, because at its core that's what it is.

Also Linda Sarsour can go fuck herself. She's a hypocritical cunt.

It make senses to create a tradition of uniting over political themes. Not just during elections. They have some very well-funded lobbist from conservative groups to corporations/industry that wish to influence legislation that effects their access to reproductive health care and maternity leave. Women are almost always murdered by men in their lives so they could take on the NRA regarding abusers getting gun licenses, etc.

They have big fish they go up against, reminding each other to say on the grind and participating in politics seems smart.

I don't like Sarsour or agree with her but I respect her. She is a bulldog. She goes for the throat. I like women like that. I want to see more Sarsour and less limp wristed speeches by Meryl Streep. Sarsour has fire in her belly.
 
This is why so many complain about modern feminism. They only scream about the easy things to be out raged about. Trump is a shit bag no doubt, but there is a lot of good feminism could do for the world. A lot of the modern feminists are just like sherdog and screaming about outrage porn.

We're having one in Toronto today of course, which confuses me about as much as the one last year did, but whatever. I'll tell you this though: if the bogus hate crime with the girl and the hijab hadn't been proven to be a hoax they would be milking it for all it was worth today.
