Unfortunately a horrible bout of food-poisoning and losing 4kgs. My lifts went crazy backwards in a short space of time. When I got back into the gym I couldn't do a rep max with the 5/3/1 weights...I could only manage 1 rep instead of 5+.... From there I decided to get some sets in 5x5 across with a light weight a build back up. Next thing I knew I was doing TM and adding weight every week. When I stall back to 5/3/1 BBB. I hate being a program hopper. But this food poisoning thing made me want to give up training. Lol. Now I am determined to get back to where I was and keep adding weight to the bar.What made you switch from 5/3/1 to Texas Method so quickly? Thought you were starting afresh with 5/3/1 & BBB.
