I went with the weights above, except I started at 345 for Deadlift, then went to 365, and did 230 as my final weight for bench. The weight plates were 12 sided, so they may have been slightly lower for Deadlift than "normal" plates. I technically failed on 225 for bench since the bar hit the stand on the way up, and failed at 230 for bench. I failed at 265 for squats, but I got 375 for Deadlift, so I made that goal.
The competition was cool, but only 2 girls and about 7 guys competed and there were about 30 people watching, which made it kind of akward. I didn't like the squat portion, because they didn't tell you when you went low enough, they just had you do your weight and when you were done they told you whether it was low enough. This hurt me for my first rep at 245 because the judge said I went way below parallel, so that probably hurt my next lifts a little. I can only blame myself for hitting the stand for bench, but deadlift went great and I did the second most out of everyone there. They did it pound for pound and there were lots of lightweights with comparably big numbers, so I didn't finish that great but it still was fun and a learning experience. The guy that won it weight about 132, benched about 260, squated about 285, and Deadlifted about 345. He was pretty incredible.
