Tape proves Gen. Kelly LIED to smear Congresswoman Wilson...

Yes, he lied. Has the Trump Administration ever admitted making a mistake let alone lying. That itself would be a full time job for a large crackerjack team.

Kelly's speech showed what a horse's ass he really is. And this Trump apologist is one of the triumvirate keeping this impulisive conman of a president in check? Jesus Christ.

For the record, shit like this is why Trump won.

This isn't winning a single vote for the left. It's sooooooooooo transparent, the feigned outrage, the deliberate chopping his sentence off to just the part that can be taken out of context. Do you think the soft middle is buying Trump hates the military???

Y'all realize you need more than NY and Cali?
Trump hates the military? You think that's the issue? No wonder you're easily controlled by the Economic Royalists.

Trump had a simple job to console a widow whose husband was not only killed but his body was lost for two days. What does this unprepared impulsive idiot do? What unprepared impulisve idiots usually do. The wrong thing. He fucked it up badly and then lied about it. Like he does with everything he gets his incompetent tiny hands on. This guy is executing his duties on the fly without thoughtful preparation and he's dividing this country worse than the Bush Junta and that clowncar of crimes against humanity. And no, Obama was not the most divisive president in history because he had the temerity to be biracial.

People dont fact check.

This is one of the most underrated revelations of the Trump era.

The floor has dropped on what public figures can realistically expect to get away with doing and saying. There used to be an incentive to avoid outlandish lies about your political enemies lest you look slanderous and dishonest. There was also incentive to understand policy so that you don't look incompetent or foolish in political dialogue.

That incentive is gone. You can now realistically plan to consistently lie, talk out your ass, and make shit up as you go along, and know that it really doesn't expose you, or even push the needle in any way. And it can in fact work in your favor, so long as you refuse to have any shame ala Trump.

American politics will never be the same, at least as long as the pre-internet generations still hold electoral weight. Now is the era of lies and stupidity. Thank you, GOP.

You're thinking that everybody is rational. They're not, they're emotional. They don't care about what's factually accurate they care about what makes they feel good. Donald Trump launched his most recent (and successful) foray into politics by claiming, with no evidence, that Obama is foreign born and thus not even an American. It's not even an argument that he's unfit or bad at being President but that he shouldn't even have been allowed to run for President. Trump lies constantly and his followers are absolutely okay with it because at the end of the day the white dude is now President and not the black dude with the foreign sounding name.

I definitely didn't say obama was the most divisive, so...

You mean he spoke to this women from his heart? I suspect this woman would have found a way to feign outrage on anything Trump.

To my point. What you're saying is the same thing the left said the whole election. Guess what, the American people are usually thinking the same thing.

Again, you can disagree, I don't care. We'll never win over the hard left, and frankly good riddance. The sane middle understands everything Trump says is spun to make him look evil. It only serves to undermine the credibility of the media and those feigning outrage.

I had hoped he would keep his integrity.
He threw it away from himself like a smallpox blanket.

people are seriously freaking out, and using terms like 'profound soullessness' and 'lack of honor' over this?

i'm sure you used such unique phrasing when discussing Benghazi, no doubt

BUT OBAMA AND HILLARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

... speaking of hacks...

Hack... that's funny.

However,

You know what's hilarious?

Take a look at the first quote in your signature.

"Ties to Russia"

Let me ask you, what do you think about all these new revelations about Bill and Hillary both meeting with Putin, being paid by them, attempting to enrich their own family while on trips to Russia being paid for by American taxpayers, sending back spies who infiltrated Hillarys inner circle, etc?

Kelly's holier than thou act couldn't even get the name right of one of the FBI agents killed, claimed he was a rookie when he was on the FBI for four years and claimed they left behind children when neither had kids. Don't let the facts get in the way of a good smear.

And then he had the gall to only take questions from media who had personal connections to Gold Star families. What the hell is that?

He really went all in on that shitty hand.
When I first heard about it I assumed it was being overblown.

And the Trump WH is rushing out condolence letters now - using "UPS Overnight" to rush them to families since Trump made his bullshit claim that he had reached out to all families of those servicemen who lost their lives during his Administration.

At least three families of service members killed months ago said that they have now received rush-delivered condolence letters from President Trump.

The families told The Atlantic that they are now receiving letters from Trump after he faced criticism for not calling the families of fallen service members, after claiming he had done so. Many of the letters, according to The Atlantic, were sent next-day by UPS.

Timothy Eckels’ son was killed when the USS John S. McCain collided with an oil tanker on Aug. 21, but Eckels said he didn’t receive a letter from Trump until Oct. 20 — two days into the controversy over Trump contacting the families of fallen soldiers.

“Honestly, I feel the letter is reactionary to the media storm brewing over how these things have been handled,” Eckels told The Atlantic.

“I’ve received letters from McCain, Mattis, and countless other officials before his. I wasn’t sure if the fact that the accident that caused Timothy’s death has still yet to officially have the cause determined played into the timing of our president’s response.”

WH Aides were in a panic upon hearing Trump make that claim during the presser, knowing it was false and "hustled" to try to get an up to date list from DoD -

In the hours after President Donald Trump said on an Oct. 17 radio broadcast that he had contacted nearly every family that had lost a military servicemember this year, the White House was hustling to learn from the Pentagon the identities and contact information for those families, according to an internal Defense Department email.

The email exchange, which has not been previously reported, shows that senior White House aides were aware on the day the president made the statement that it was not accurate — but that they should try to make it accurate as soon as possible, given the gathering controversy.

Not only had the president not contacted virtually all the families of military personnel killed this year, the White House did not even have an up-to-date list of those who had been killed.

The exchange between the White House and the Defense secretary’s office occurred about 5 p.m. on Oct. 17. The White House asked the Pentagon for information about surviving family members of all servicemembers killed after Trump’s inauguration so that the president could be sure to contact all of them.

Capt. Hallock Mohler, the executive secretary to Defense Secretary James Mattis, provided the White House with information in the 5 p.m. email about how each servicemember had died and the identity of his or her survivors, including phone numbers.

The email’s subject line was, “Condolence Letters Since 20 January 2017.”

Mohler indicated in the email that he was responding to a request from the president’s staff for information through Ylber Bajraktari, an aide on the National Security Council. The objective was to figure out who among so-called Gold Star families of the fallen Trump had yet to call. Mohler’s email said that the president’s aides “reached out to Ylber looking for the following ASAP from DOD.”

I wonder how much it has cost in man-hours/salary just to cover for Trump's lies this year. It has to be well into the millions.

Oh', the horror.

This is why people can't stand Liberals. You can't win no matter what. Your screeching has turned into white noise, and nobody gives a shit about your most recent triggering over Donald Trump.

"This is bad."

See how that works Trumpers? It's only one letter longer than a useless, sarcastic "this is it" AND it lets people know you're an adult.... not a 16 year old publicist who works for free.

This is it. You guys finally got him. This is the smoking gun.
