It obviously had some effect, but sure, as the intention of the meddling was to affect hearts and minds, quantifying that effect would seem to be impossible. One big point to remember here though is that for a year we have heard from Trump and his supporters about how this investigation was all a "witch hunt" and an "excuse for why Hillary lost," etc., etc., not acknowledging and calling into question what the heads of all of the US intelligence agencies were saying, and what other R's were saying, that yes in fact Russia did interfere in our elections. And that has been followed by Trump not imposing the sanctions the senate voted 98-2 to pass.

When you look at Hamilton 68, you see how popular Putin's propaganda is to use on this very forum. Every time a new development in Trump/Russia occurs, it takes a few hours, then some defense, even if it is just a meme, is repeated ad nauseam. President Trump has not expelled any Russian diplomats.
President Trump hasn't announced ANY sanctions against Russia.
President Trump has made NO statement in protest of Russia interfering in our electoral process.
