The body building look has never been the ideal for most people were I live. I teach college/high school and have also noticed far fewer guys who bulk up in the last few years. Just four years ago they were all trying to bench teh 275.
Probably for the best, the world can only handle so many sherbros.
I’m no Yoel Romero, but compared to the other dads at the community pool, I feel like Captain freakin’ America.
Reaks of roid deformation
Depends on genetics. A very lucky few can do that. My dad went through green beret school and was a shredded 270 at 6'. I wish I had those genetics, but yeah it's not for most people. Not realisticI think there's a greater recognition with fitness info being available on the internet that muscular, ripped physiques aren't possible without PEDs. 10-20 years ago, most people thought it was possible to get to 200 + lbs 10% bodyfat at like 5'10 naturally. Everyone that tried to get that big just got really fat.
People saw that happen and realized how fucking retarded it was, and changed their goals. I don't think anyone would mind being 200 lbs 10% they just know it's not possible.
If you are at your ideal physique that mentality will land you the most tail. Since that will make you confident and chicks are attracted to confidence more than body type anyways.Really? Because all these articles are coming out talking about women are more geared toward flabby "dad bods" like Seth Rogan.
In any case, I don't care what others find "ideal" I only care about what's ideal for me.
