Who hits harder Ngannou or Wilder?

Lol. Its not like boxers are light years ahead of mma in boxing skills. Ngannou former boxer has very realistic chance on landing punches on top boxers.
Then why doesn’t he become a pro boxer and make 20 million a fight instead of the pedestrian money he makes in the UFC. It’s because he knows he wouldn’t crack the top 50.

To have a definitive conclusion to this debate. I would love to see Wilder go to UFC performance institute and punch the UFC PowerKube. Than will see who hits harder for certain.

That's an exaggeration, although he has lots of B-class fighters on his 41 win list, it's still 41 pro HW boxers he has beaten, and KO'd 40 of them to boot. So he damn sure can box, but he's very non-textbook, which is conversely why he is so dangerous.

In a boxing match, I'd give Ngannou very little chance.

Also, Francis is not particularly big compared to HW boxers. Wilder KO'd 6'6 240lb Brezeale in the fight before, had 6'9 Fury running from him and has scalps of other giants on his resume. What I'm saying is, the physical or size advantage Francis enjoys in MMA would not be there in a HW boxing match.
Ngannou would end up with brain damage.

Stipe has been campainging for Joshua fight long time. You sound like hysterical die hard boxing fan

Boxing has never in its history had an athlete on the level of Greg Hardy, these are just facts bro. Wilder was a football reject who took over a D level sport.
are you retarded? Boxing was the worlds biggest sport till 1980. The best athletes in the world competed in boxing. Greg Hardy? Who the fuck is that? Some MMA-bum with a background in one of those sports that fat fucks consider to be physically hard, while in reality only require a lot of weighlifting. Wilder is 10 times the athlete any of those MMA guys are.

I might be wrong, but doesn't Francis hold the world record for punching power?

And I tought it was now scientifically proven than 8-10-12oz glove allow to deploy the same amount of force. (Or almost the same) only barefist would deploy more. So that Deontay KO people with bigger glove than Francis isn't a valid argument?

So by that logic Francis would create more force with one punch than Deontay?

Please correct me if I'm wrong

Its true that the amount of absolut force of the punch is the same, but its a fact that the smaller the gloves, the more kos there are. The reason for that is, that the absolut newton is equal in both cases, but on a bigger glove the force will be distributed onto a larger area, so that you have more Newton/Inch^2 with the smaller gloves. So its easier to get the brain spinning with smaller gloves. Also if you ever put on UFC-Gloves, they are hard as a tire, while boxing gloves have a huge cushion-effect, absorbing a lot of the force. Would you rather get punched by a guy wearing a glove, or a guy wearing knuckle braces? The force is the same, but the knuckle braces will split your skull, while the glove wont do nearly as much damage.
So knocking someone out with 10 ounce gloves is far more impressive than with UFC-Gloves. Plus Wilder takes them out for 10 sec, while ngannou only needs to drop his opponents.

I just realized, how hard does Wilder hit compared to Ngannou? They can test it at the UFC, and I'm thinking :

UFC Performance Centre should partner with Autotrader, so it'll match you with the car you punch.

By what measure is wilder some super athlete? He was a nobody until he started boxing at 20.

And no, the best athletes in the world didn’t compete in boxing. Some did, sure. But most “athletes” weren’t training at a boxing gym as kids. Very few overall. It’s kinda ridiculous to think most kids who were top athletes were training heavy in boxing.

Glassed handed old ass,150 lb Floyd hit harder than 175 lb Conor, who supposedly can kill anyone with his left lol

Lol at anyone thinking Francis has more punch power Than Deontay

Retards

The “world record for punching power”?
Please stop listening to Dana Whites bullshit. It makes you sound like you’re 12yrs old.

Nah don't worry I ain't a Dana fanboy.

For what I know, yes, it's was done at the UfcPI, but still was recorded that Francis had world record power with 2 differents punching technique.
By world record I mean power that are officially measurable by testing machine.. Not this " i think" or " I feel", but measurable.

And now I'm writing HAD the record cuz i've seen another post of someone saying the record for punching power nowadays is hold by a 220lbs man, which I can't find on google right now.
That's why I wrote my post in a question form, not affirmation ;)

(By the way stop replying that way, it make you sound like a stupid blind irrational moron who's so lost in judgement that can think by himself)

Thank, amazingly clear answer

As far as KOs go, it's just as easy to do it with big gloves. it's the brain rattling inside your skull that produces the knockout, not the superficial surface injury

Smaller gloves or especially bare knuckles bust up people easier because the surface is harder

Big Frank hits with the force of a Ford Escort, Deontay is a VW Beetle . Both throw heat but Big Frank takes this one

Yeah it is easy with boxing gloves, but it is even easier vs HW MMAs, cuz they lack upper torso and head movement.

4oz gloves = everyone is a potential KO artist.

You also need less energy for your powershots and your hands are faster.

But a gun is still better = 100% KO chance.

Efe Ajagaba is the younger and more talented version of Ngannou. Rewatch his fights and come back.
