I'm a blue belt with sporadic training the last few years due to military life. Looks like I'll be moving to Okinawa in a few months. Does anyone know any good places to train there?

Oh yeah. 20 pullups is easy and 100 crunches has always been a joke. That run is insane to me though. I've never been a runner and it wasn't until I joined the Marines I could run below a 8:00 mile.
