Tigris of Gaul from Gladiator should have a good back story he is supposed to be undefeated before getting in the Arena with General

And off-course Proximo!

Antonious Porximo the Gladiators master owner is a former Gladiator himself who is so good that the Emperor Marcos pardoned and freed him from being a fighter! A movie about the Gladiator career of Proximo the Gladious is something I will pay for!

Honorable Mention would be Hagen.

He does not get to much time talk in the film but he is interesting based on the back ground as a germanic tribes man of barbarians!

The Golden Child is my favourite Eddie Murphy film and it is all Eddie, but there are 3 great minor characters in it that so deserved a spin-off - the Tibetan lama/scumbag, Kala The Dragon Lady, and the unforgettable brother Numsi (pre-Tywin Lannister Charles Dance).
