I've only had huevos rancheros once and it was for lunch.

It's not just beans per se but baked beans on toast that is weird for me. I tried it once and it was meh.

I’d try it, never have before.

I’ve enjoyed tomatoes and mushrooms in an omelette. I eat beans with my huevos rancheros…
