Cohen's mystery 3rd Client

The rubes are right about the conspiracy of elites but it is Trump and cronies, how ironic.

So why would a guy like Hannity need the services of Michael Cohen? I am going to channel my inner Encylopedia Brown
Michael Cohen is only good for one thing, that is getting your mistresses to shut the fuck up.
Hannity has some sexual harassment charges out there. Supposedly some reporter was told by good Catholic Hannity if she did not fuck him, then she can’t come on his show. Some ex producers of his show have stated Hannity has a Bill O’Reilly streak in him, which means he is a woman harasser. So Cohen was hired by Hannity, to make his accuser shut up.
If CNN is Fake News then Fox News is Rape News.

Dat sigh tho. When the real reporters have to report on the evening zoo hosts.

I love the awkward "so moving on..." immediately after she reluctantly names Hannity. :D

Can someone explain this to a non-American who doesn't really understand the significance?

Is it just that a sanctimonious right-wing voice has been using a lawyer, and people are assuming due to the lawyers other cases that he has dome something wrong? is there some reason to believe he can't be using the lawyer for an innocent reason, or is there in general a point I'm missing here? Thanks.
1. Hannity regularly reported/commented on this case without disclosing that he is a client of Cohen's. That is a conflict of interest which any reputable news commenter and company would disclose. It's an outstanding question whether Hannity informed Fox News and what their response, if any, will be. So far they've stayed silent on the matter, which is atypical.

2. Cohen's other clients were powerful Republican men who employed him as a fixer to cover up sexual indiscretions with porn stars and Playboy Playmates. Hannity fits the pattern as a powerful Republican man, but it remains to be seen as to whether Cohen was used in the usual manner in Hannity's case or not. The fact that Fox News personalities and executives have a long history of being involved in sexual misconduct cases only adds fuel to the fire.

Am I missing something? Is it illegal for Hannity and Trump to have the same lawyer? Are there currently victims of Hannity claiming he had some sort of electronic door shutting device in his news room office? I honestly don't get the "BREAKING NEWS"!

Yes. You're missing what's known as a conflict of interest. Normally, if a reporter is reporting on a story that involves them, it renders their whining about the unfairness of it all pretty much a tiger without teeth. It's also journalistically unethical, but we're talking about Fox news , so they'll do nothing about it.

And there you go. Not at all surprised. A shining beacon of journalistic integrity!

He was defending Cohen and Trump BUT did not disclose his personal connection. As a reporter/news achor , he should have made a full disclosure. That looks bad on him.

The other thing is people are wondering what exactly Cohen was engaged to 'fix' for Hannity. Was it infidelity hush payments? Or some other weird embarrassing peccadillo ? Republican leaders / celebs get called out for these sorts of things cause they are the party of family values.

If this would be a TV show "jumping the shark" would be replaced with "Hannity is the 3rd Client".
No one would watch this stuff because it is just too unbelievable and at the same time to obviously somehow.

And yet here we are.

Who's surprised?
If it had been a CNN reporter or talking head, they'd've been fired that night.

And he had the nerve to pontificate under the banner of broken journalism.

Hannity needed change for a double sawbuck.

I got it. So if you are a democrat and have no family values you can't be called out on anything.
CNN is the beacon of journalistic integrity. Remember Donna Brazile?
BTW - I hate Sean Hannity. He ranks up there with that dude Rachel Maddow.

LOL, "moving on".......

http://time.com/5242207/sean-hannity-michael-cohen-fox-news-trump/

"Stephen Ryan, one of Cohen’s attorneys, was asked by the judge to specifically name the other name because they said it would not fall under attorney-client privilege to withhold that name. And he stood up and named him as Sean Hannity,” Fox News correspondent Laura Ingle said on air just after 3 p.m."

So apparently Cohen’s 3rd client was Hannity, not fresh news I know, but why were they so desperate to keep his name anonymous, and why did Hannity needed his help? Call it "speculation" but here's some of his background on sexual abuse and defending Pedos.

"former Fox News guest claimed last week that Sean Hannity had invited her to his hotel — twice — when they appeared together for one of his programs. But after she rebuffed him, she said that she was never asked back on the show."
Here's Sean on tape defending a pedophile.

Inb4! Fake news taken out of context.
Why did he apologize after the sponsors started to drop?
Let's be clear, a lot is yet to come let's just speculate with this. After O'Reilly, is Hannity the next to go?

Yeesh, I figured Cohen was as solo practitioner. His firm repping Cambridge is at the very least really shitty optics.
Was he actually a sqb partner? It sounds like they had a weird arrangement with shared space.
