Because if he denies it, and it is then appealed at a later time, and the appeals court then calls out this judge, it could ruin his career if the appeals court then rule against him

Not saying he will or not, but just gives him an opportunity to pass it to other judges. Especially given he and his wife’s donation to Willis, he has worked for her, he very may well want to just pass the decision to someone else

So the Hail Mary to remove the idiot prosecutor for sleeping with her staff didn't work, but it's just another delay attempt to not have the Georgia case go to trial before Trump gets to beg the Supreme Court to say nothing a president does can ever be illegal?

the judge is letting it go through! Dude does NOT want to be dealing with this at all, thus tossing it to a different court room lol. Many legal experts, on conservative media anyways, tore him up after. But even MSNBC and CNN were thinking she would be disqualified, before he ruled she could stay.
