Law Details of Fani Willis’ alleged ‘improper’ relationship with prosecutor may go public as judge unseals his divorce case

looks like they have uncovered $100,000 from asset forfeitures that was funneled to Wade by Willis.

Why would Fox News have this information and not the actual lawyers who submit evidence in the trial to show corruption between them?

They did, he just misinterpreted the clip, turley there is just reviewing the evidence presented, and why this is a good decision, it is not new

The did show that Wade got paid as a member of Fabi’s transition team. Moreover, the two other people in his firm got contracts they did not put on a bid for, and Wade admitted that despite him not being on those cases, he still got a 1/3 split, as it was billed to the law firm, and that is how they dealt with bills.

evidence presented? where? the kangaroo court of social media? on faux noise? maybe in the parking lot of a landscaping store across the street from the dildo shop?

evidence is presented in a court of law, and it is not a talking head reporter from faux entertainments line of duty to review evidence. that is up to a judge and jury.

it's not the appeal you are talking about either is it? i'm not sure if you are aware of this but you don't get to retry the case or introduce new evidence, witnessess, or testimony during an appeal.

whatever evidence of willful misconduct or malcontent or a conflict of interest that they had against her they had every opportunity to present it in the disqualification motion during their hearings on this very matter. and if they already did, then so sad too bad. you don't get to hold out on that stuff and then try to introduce it during an appeal. but if you figure the laws have been misinterpreted or the judge is deep state and running some unlawful corruption or there is a conflict of interest with the judge and the case, and you have any evidence to prove any of that, then go ahead and file it in your appeal. otherwise its just a waste of the courts time.

better luck next time.

it was likely never brought to court because it was all just a bunch of bullshit or speculation that they know they can't prove or will get laughed out of any court. that's why they will present such "evidence" everywhere outside of a courtroom.

faux noise knows just as much as everybody else knows that they don't have any kind of evidence that would ever pass the threshhold to remove a district attorney from trying the case, and their removal effort just fell completely flat on its face and will clearly go nowhere. they brought everything they had with them on their witch hunt and they still couldnt get fani willis removed. but faux entertainment and the gang will never admit that to their base of idiots and move on to something else because they feed on this kind of shit. they don't want to be told that their strings are being pulled and its all a bunch of nonsense and their removal effort failed because they didn't have any solid evidence to make their case, otherwise the chuds who glue themselves into this shit will just say to hell with you faux noise, we'll just go to someone else who will tell us what we want to hear!

they couldnt get her removed from the case, so now they are just trying to convict her in the public eye and try her on fox & friends and the court of social media, to further their perpetual victimhood and their cockadoodle narrative of political persecution. the rubes gobble up every last bit of that shit, but it's really them who is doing the persecution and cooking up bullshit because they don't want the fraudy orange rapist to have to be held accountable for his crimes.

and once they give up on trying to remove fani willis, rest assured that they'll try to run a smearjob on the trump appointed judge in charge of trying the case. now that the fani willis shit is all out of the way, before he goes to set the trial date all of a sudden scott mcaffee is going to be caught up in 50 different scandals that nobody has ever heard of before.

they call themselves the party of law & order and personal accountability, but they really are desperate for their own people to avoid having to face accountability for their crimes.

Dude. You are living in a fantasy land

Facts are presented in court. And they don’t care about your feelings
keep burying your head, this has been presented a long time ago

just because fox has a "new" video on this issue, it's not new at all.

the court is a joke, facts dont matter

looks like they did already know about this, but the judge didn't allow it in the hearing. My understanding is that the type of hearing they were conducting had a very narrow scope.

Wasn't his firm helping close backloged cases?
Makes sense that a partner would get part of the money if That's the case.

did they bring this newspaper article and youtube video to court with them?

the party was actually formed in 2018, and hasnt won a single seat in both of the federal elections since then. i dont think canada wants much to do with hearing what any of these people have to say.
