I avoid the War Room since several of the YT channels I'm subscribed to cover such topics that's on that forum from Actualjustice Warrior, An0maly, Wion, Destiny,ABL,Young Turks,Vaush, James Okeefee etc. Discord server that covers Prop Logic and Philosophy and statistics(Askyourself discord server) I don't need any more of that.

I got a terrible sweet tooth, and I've written (and then adapted to my own reserves) a bit of a mix of 2 things on a white russian, so that's nearly a float. I prefer always trying something new, but that's one I've come back to several times.

When raiding the leftovers of my basement bar (I'm sure I could find better things to do if I actually went out and bought anything), I came up wit

1 oz kahlua
1 oz vodka (used smirnoff vanilla)
.25 oz espresso vodka (i had a little sampler bottle to kill)
little more than .5 oz hiram walker chocolate mint liquor
.25 oz bacardi
.25 oz sambuca (I was basically just sampling at this point, well aware I'm losing flavors of shit in the mix)
2 oz milk
2 oz creamer (i had cinnamon vanilla)

Shake with ice, and stir it into a glass about half full of alcoholic rootbeer

Garnish with nutmeg

I know I overdid it, like I do everything. But it was really just a test, came out delicious, and I was afraid to change anything.

I really gotta stop scrounging my old ass shelves and start buying things. I've got a bunch of empty bottles sitting right next to my desk that I've been planning to make simple and a few different flavored syrups with, and 3 empty bitters bottles i haven't even made selections for. I know angostura is a staple, but I just haven't put enough time into finding out what choices I have to put in the other 2. I know angostura also does chocolate and orange, and I'm real interested, but I wonder if that's too many eggs in similar baskets

I would say for anyone who wants to make cocktails as a hobby, you’ll need 3 types of bitters: Angostura aromatic bitters, orange bitters (it’s fine to use Angostura brand, I use Regan No 6 myself), and Peychaud’s bitters.

The Bitter Truth is a great company that makes bitters, and they have a little sampler pack you can buy. Amazon used to have it, not sure if they still do. I have chocolate bitters but rarely use them. I actually know a cool riff on an Old Fashioned that uses Irish whiskey with banana liqueur, ginger liqueur, allspice liqueur ,and chocolate and angostura bitters.

I mentioned to a guy the other day that folks on here used to post pron to ‘end it all’ and get banned (ok I suggested he do it). He said what a strange thing that was to do. I didn’t think it was that long ago that it was common? (to be fair I have been here for about a quarter of a century tho)

War room is too much sometimes. I am pretty moderate when it comes to politics. Some of the comments I read go from mild stuff i don’t agree with leftist politics to off the wall comments like blacks are inferior to other races. I get sad when I read spicy stuff like that.

I find myself thinking this is like the time I liked a bunch of memes about embracing tradition, drinking milk and working out. It went from that to protecting white existence.

On one hand, I could see reports being a bigger issue in general there cuz: Here, ya get probably get something like a user calling Conor a rapist when no allegations resulted in a finding against him, so ya got some near libelous fighter bashing, while the war room's got shit like, this user said Islamophobia is good snd should continue until there's none of them left.

But on the other, I gotta figure it's not just a case of intensity, but frequency as well cuz the topic of MMA is so stupid and inconsequential, someone tells me to shut up, and I'm like, eh, whatever. But when you're talking about something you've latched onto as important like civil liberties and someone tells ya to shut up, suddenly the report gets clicked with "But muh free speech! People DIED so I could post on Sherdog!"

Cuz people can disagree with me that Belal is the next contender, but they can't on which lives matter, or something to that kind of perspective, I'd assume
