Covering the face is also common in many traditional Hindu weddings that I have seen. It even used to be a common thing in the West with women wearing the white veil and lifting it at the ceremony.

Also niqab and burka are rare in Dagestan, virtually non-existent. This was a wedding ceremony.

But I don’t expect red-blooded Sherbro’s to understand all that.

Also, yeah it's pretty funny. It's a wel established stigma of the average SDer, one which is used on a daily basis in jokes, and a comparison to fairly factual data about Khabib and general American values.

Though political subjects can be triggering, so I'm not surprised if this was the drop that spilled the bucket.

So you show 3 photos of Conor post fight, hugging and high-five'ing people as a means of showing what a nice guy he is. Interesting that, interesting that you chose to pick the fights where he won, or the fight where he made a reported $100 million dollars. Dude, it's easy to be all smiles when you win, it's easy to be "humble" when you win. It's also easy to not be aggressive when you lose, after you talk all that shit from a fake place. All that shit he spoke to Nate, how easy it would be to run right through him, all the personal jibes he threw at Khabib, damn right you're meek and non-aggressive when they hand you your ass.

Khabib is normally super respectful after a win also. He was really respectful to Horcher and Iaquinta, so unsure of the example.

You say that Khabib treats women like shit and that's why people like him? Interesting take. I don't exactly think that Conor is 100% faithful, do you?

That's the point. People that talk shit are trying to dominate you on the mental plane enough that you lose your cool and admit mental defeat to the point where you switch to physical violence.

If you can make someone act that irrationally over just words you hold power over that person. Now everyone knows how easy it is to make Khabib angry for real. The same of course goes for Conor when he made a fool of himself in the bus incident, as that wasn't just hype like most things he says.

Naturally it will mainly be fights that he won since he has only lost two fights in the UFC.

The reason those were different isn't due to Conor but that the opponents chose to be less graceful in victory.

I'm not a big fan of Conor's hype talk, and I don't need such things to get hyped for fights, but it's very obvious that Conor is just doing business. I would find it more tiresome to be around him if he's as full of himself as he often seems to be in various clips.

Physical Violence is the base of this sport you dumb fuck...there are boundaries to mental games...if you cross that...you will soon find out how easy it is for the guy to get out of the cage and do the same....physically.

First it's irrelevant that physical violence is part of the sport as what happens after the fight isn't part of the contest. Ergo we're discussing something else and you failed at grasping the context.

Secondly you don't seem to be able to read well since I already said that getting the person to attack you is the ultimate point. That's when you've achieved complete mental victory, as moving into physical violence is a clear mental tap out and in desperation you change the battlefield. You had no more mental resilience left and you admit the other person holds power over you with his words.

A mentally strong person would just laugh it off, denying the other person his desired goal and making him come off as pathetic. Kind of like how you made a childish attempt at an insult and just had it become ironic as you missed the point so badly.

Khabib kept his composure and knew not to ruin the fight...he kept his cool at the weigh ins...let Conor do all the shit talking...made sure he makes weight...stick to his game plan...smashed Conor...and create controversy that just elevated his popularity...sounds like a complete mentally strong guy...
