Forgot to log some workouts.
HAd quite some problems with the pouch the last couple of days. Adding Metronidazol to the Ciprofloxacin helped getting things back under control.
Probably lost some weight but was able to keep training. 2 plates for a quite easy set of five is actually pretty good for me. So I am pretty happy how my training goes at the moment despite the health probs.
Was out partying all night yesterday. Today right ankle and knee are killing me.
Actually my whole right leg "feels like shit". Really looking forward to get that leg healthy again.
Had pretty much an off day today. Due to massive probs with the pouch I didn't really eat the last three days. So I decided to go by feel and avoid any reps that didn't go up with realtive ease.
So all in all an ok workout.

Wanted to know where I stand at the moment benchwise. The 115kg [~250 lbs] were no grind at all. Even after all the preceeding work. I would guess that I am good for arround 120kg [~265lbs] at the moment.
Pouch is giving me major probs at the moment. Have already tried pretty much all of my "therapy tricks". Now I take 3x400mg metronidazol and hope that this therapy kicks in in the next couple of days (all the therapy changes have a "medical background").
If not it is time for a trip to the doc (and maybe hospital for some i.v. antibiotic treatment).
We will see...
Did a lot of triples in the benchpull but didn't go as heavy as yesterday and worked up to 95kgx3 on the benchpress.
All in all 4 really nice days of training. I managed to not run myself in the ground, go by how I felt that day and as a reward I am now feeling great and looking forward for some rest but don't feel like I desperatelly need some.
That is how I trained before I got the UC and got the time to read millions of articles about weighttraining. I lifted as hard as I could and didn't freak out if a day just didn
t go as planned.
