Well to be fair I thought the same thing too at first glance. But after reviewing the list and seeing a lot of glaring omissions as well I figured they meant, Nintendo only developed games.

I mean they left out huge hits from Capcom, Square, Konami, THQ, DataEast, Atlus, Maxis, Enix, just to name a few.
