Any clues on why guys like Ngannou who ALWAYS goes for the double/triple tap on clearly KO'd opponents never gets shit on for it?

Probably cause most fighters in general don't get shit for it and they are instructed that the ref stops the fight. It's normally only when a guy keeps going after the ref grabs them that people get shit for it like Gomi and Kid Yamamoto did a few times and Rampage against Wanderlei in the third fight.
