Is it illegal to throw your garbage bags out at other people's garbage bags?

Just empty the bags on the yard of someone you hate.
 
It depends on the type of garbage service in your area. The area I live in now requires each location to contract with a garbage service. You can take your own trash to the landfill but they charge by the ton and the minimum charge is one ton. There are several garbage services so there are several trucks running on various days. It is a very inefficient system. There are people who don't want to pay for garbage service. Many landlords find the garages or basements filled with garbage when the renters move out. Some throw their garbage on the roadsides or in wildlands.

I prefer a system where garbage service is included in the property taxes and handled by the municipality. They either have their own trucks and employees or hire one or multiple companies and give them specific areas. If the municipality owns the landfill, it doesn't matter to them which service brings the garbage in. If you have several garbage services, they might object to handling garbage from out of their area.

If one entity handles all of the garbage and it's just a matter of different days of service, they likely won't have a problem.

If you do pay for a certain company, call them and see if there is a place you can give it to them. Some businesses have a container that they don't fill and might allow you to put it there perhaps for a couple of dollars.

I did it and feel great!

Found some poorly lit multi-apartment complexes with just bags upon bags of trash in front, so mine blended in no problem. Dropped off 3 bags at 3 random locations.

"It is illegal to place trash, litter or solid waste into a private business dumpster with out the permission of the business owner. This carries the same punishment range as illegal dumping. Illegal use of a dumpster is also considered Theft of Service under the Texas Penal Code (31.04) which is a Class B Misdemeanor."

Damn, I didn't know that? When I was living in Ohio, I was house sitting for a friend and his wife. They just moved in like 2 weeks earlier and didn't have trash pickup yet. It was summer so there were flies everywhere, after the 2nd day I couldn't take it. I loaded my trunk and made two trips to an industrial park around 15 minutes away. I ended up dispersing them among three different businesses.

Find a 15 foot cliff with a pile of garbage at the bottom of it and throw yours down. One big pile is better than two little ones.

Why would your neighbor even care??? If mine had space i would rather they use it than make the neighborhood look like shit.
 
just put in the recycling bin, its all the same shit anyway. my gf forefes me to recycle and i always make sure to hide saome real garbage in each recyicling bag.
