On an even playing field? Fuck yeah he does. The first time they fought it was super even and Jon had lil t t-levels, meaning he was masking and juicing his nuts off. The second time they were going to fight, Jon was busted for masking agents. The third time, it was close again but Jon landed a flukey head kick, only to find out he got busted for roiding. At the point where Jon would nor ally break, slow down, the roids help him keep his energy high and keep on par with DC, who has an unparalleled work ethic and mental toughness.
