Just did a 24hr fast for the 1st time in my life

Damn son you've got a stronger will than I. I pretty much completely shut down when I get to that state. How long before it passes?

After 3 weeks give or take a couple of days.

Wow I'd struggle to do this. I can eat healthy, like a bowl of vegetables for a meal occasionally but going without for a day would be mentally tough.

I've gone like 4 or 5 days without eating when I go on drinking binges. Read it and weep
