What's the deal with the other forum (assuming you are referring to the same one)? I'm a member by way of invite from @MatterOverMind but can't see a training log section or anything like that. Most of the threads are full of old posts etc, so maybe I don't have full access?

I've got one more session of 3x12 then I technically move to 3x10. I will always push to get 3x12 for as long as I can. For the next 8 sessions 3x10 is my minimum before moving the weigh up.
